In Friday’s other game, Tommy Makinson helped St Helens secure a win in style over the Dragons – he contributed a try as Saints moved up to the top of the Super League table.
Leeds were victorious at AMT Headingley with a win over their neighbours Castleford - and it’s a trio of Rhinos players who appear in Round 13’s Team of the Week.
Brodie Croft impressed with an all-round performance which included one try, one try assist, 23 tackles, and 105 metres. Similarly, Rhyse Martin’s efforts consisted of 24 tackles, two tackle busts, and 147 metres in just 14 carries. Martin also got himself on the scoresheet twice and both are also joined by powerhouse prop Mikolaj Oledzki.

Likewise, Tom Opacic and Elliot Minchella starred in Hull KR’s win in their low-scoring game against Leigh Leopards. Opacic scored one of the Robins’ two tries in Round 13, while Minchella came up with a mammoth 43 tackles.
On Sunday, Salford’s superb second half performance ensured a comfortable victory over London, with Marc Sneyd at the heart of the action - producing a whooping four try assists. Two of these assists helped Tim Lafai find his way over the try-line - the centre with a phenomenal attacking display at the weekend.
