Rugby League Commercial are pleased to announce a new extended partnership with Glen’s Vodka and Loch Lomond Group.
The partnership began in 2021 and a three-year extension which is announced today ahead of the 2025 Super League kick-off means Glen’s Vodka will remain the Spirit of Super League until 2027.
The Glen’s Vodka brand will remain prominent at Super League fixtures and across digital platforms, as well as through their ongoing support of the Super League Player of the Month award – as featured on Sky Sports News.
Rhodri Jones, the Managing Director of RL Commercial, said:
“We are delighted to have agreed a new long-term partnership with the Loch Lomond Group, having forged a close and fruitful relationship over the last four seasons.
“It has been our first partnership of this type, bringing us alongside the likes of the SPFL and the Men’s and Women’s Open, and now Glen’s Vodka will remain the Spirit of Super League until at least 2027.”
John Grieveson, chief marketing officer of Loch Lomond Group, the owners of Glen’s Vodka, said: "Since partnering in 2021, this collaboration has been hugely rewarding. We’ve seen firsthand the passion, dedication, and sense of community that makes this sport so special - values which resonate with Glen’s Vodka, as an iconic brand with customers at its core.
“We are proud to extend our Super League partnership, reinforcing our commitment to supporting rugby league at the highest level, and look forward to celebrating the competition alongside the incredible players and fans as the official Spirit of Super League."
There will again be eight Glen’s Vodka Super League Player of the Month awards up for grabs in 2025 – with the battle for the February award beginning when champions Wigan Warriors host local rivals Leigh Leopards next / on Thursday night.
