Here is a breakdown of the ten players set to feature:

 

Brad O’Neill (Wigan Warriors) – Hooker

 

After debuting for the Warriors back in 2021, O’Neill became a mainstay in the 2023 season and has continued his impressive form into 2024 having helped Wigan to the top of the Betfred Super League table, a Betfred Challenge Cup Final and featuring in their Betfred World Club Challenge victory over Penrith Panthers back in February.

O’Neill has amassed a total of 557 points in Voono this season and is currently averaging 50.6 points per outing.

 

Josh Thewlis (Warrington Wolves) – Winger

 

Josh Thewlis has forced his way into the Warrington side over the last two years and in 2024 is now a regular name on the teamsheet on the wing for the Wolves. Thewlis has eight tries in the Betfred Super League in 2024 and has played a crucial role in Warrington’s run to Wembley for the Betfred Challenge Cup Final.

The 21-year-old has accrued a total of 554 points on Voono, averaging 50 points per game and has been above the 80 point mark in his last two outings against Hull FC and Hull KR, respectively.

Jarrod O’Connor (Leeds Rhinos) – Hooker

 

An ever-present for the Rhinos in 2024, O’Connor hasn’t missed a Betfred Super League outing for Leeds since April 2022. 

The former Featherstone and Bradford man has hit form in recent weeks scoring 71, 84 and 52 points on Voono in his his last three outings, contributing to his 2024 total of 449. 

 

Umyla Hanley (Leigh Leopards) – Winger

 

Hanley has stepped into the Leigh side following the injury and departure of Tom Briscoe and has hit the ground running scoring eight tries in eight Betfred Super League appearances. 

Despite missing the opening three games of the 2024 season, Hanley has earned 380 points on Voono with his highest-scoring performance coming in at 83 in the Leopards 4-54 victory over Hull FC.

Matty Nicholson (Warrington Wolves) – Loose Forward

 

Matty Nicholson made the move to Warrington from Wigan back in 2022 and after a successful 2023 season which saw him make his international debut for England, he has returned to the Wolves side after missing the early stages of the 2024 season.

The Wolves have won seven of the eight games in which Nicholson has been involved in all competitions and the forward has scored in victories over Leeds Rhinos and Leigh Leopards. Despite missing out on the earlier rounds, the 20-year-old has scored 65 or more points in his last four appearances.

 

Harry Rushton (Huddersfield Giants) – Loose Forward

 

Rushton returned to the UK to join Huddersfield Giants from NRL side Canberra Raiders in 2023 and has found himself featuring for Ian Watson’s side regularly over the last two months across the Betfred Super League and Betfred Challenge Cup.

The forward made his first Betfred Super League appearance of the season in a 26-6 victory over London Broncos and has been on the team sheetteamsheet since. Rushton has clocked over 62 points in each of his last three outings and has amassed a total of 334 across his seven league appearances.

 

Connor Wrench (Warrington Wolves) – Centre

 

Centre Connor Wrench has seen himself in and out of the Warrington Wolves side in 2024 but when he has been included, he has been a consistent high-performer on Voono.

Wrench has crossed twice in the Betfred Super League this year scoring against Hull FC and Hull KR before also notching in the Betfred Challenge Cup Quarter Final victory over St Helens. 

 

George Delaney (St Helens) – Prop 

 

George Delaney pushed his way into the St Helens side on a regular basis in 2023 and has maintained his spot amongst some tough competition for places this season. Delaney has already made nine Betfred Super League appearances for the Saints.

Delaney surpassed 300 points on Voono for the season so far in an 4-60 hammering of Castleford Tigers.

 

Junior Nsemba (Wigan Warriors) – Second-Row

 

Junior Nsemba has been one of the stories of the season in the Betfred Super League with his performances building on his breakout season in 2023. Nsemba scored a try in Wigan’s Betfred Challenge Cup Semi-Final win over Hull KR and has also scored in a Player of the Match performance in a Betfred Super League victory over Leigh back in April. 

The prop-forward amassed a high-score of 69 Voono points on Voono in Wigan’s Round 8 win over Castleford Tigers.
