York Valkyrie release 2024 squad numbers

Current Women's Super League Champions York Valkyrie have released their 2024 squad numbers ahead of new season. 

The club's squad numbers were revealed through a series of X (formerly Twitter) posts which started yesterday and finished today on International Women's Day.

The Valkyrie will begin their title defence next month, having won the League Leaders' Shield and Grand Final in 2023 - and will be hoping for another strong season under 2023's Coach of the Year Lindsay Anfield.

The Betfred Women's Super League will return on the weekend of 19-21 April, with Grand Final winners York Valkyrie kick-starting their campaign when they host Challenge Cup holders St Helens in Round 1 (Sunday 21 April).
