On Thursday, the Rhinos enjoyed a big win on the road against Salford Red Devils, with James McDonnell stealing the show with four tries.
Three out of the five try assists came from Jake Connor, who has certainly been enjoying his rugby under Brad Arthur in 2025.

Jai Field was the man of the moment for Wigan in Round 7 – scoring the match-winner and setting up another try in the ‘table toppers versus champions’ clash at Sewell Group Craven Park.

He is joined in Team of the Week by teammates Jake Wardle and Abbas Miski. Wardle enjoyed a glistening Player of the Match performance with a try, 107 metres in an exceptional eight carries, three tackle busts and then 13 tackles.
Abbas Miski added further icing on the cake for the Warriors, with a late try as the champions consigned Hull KR to their first defeat of the season.
St Helens returned to winning ways at home – and Morgan Knowles produced a sensational performance, with a try, 40 tackles and 131 metres. This made him the match’s top tackler and third highest metre maker – an astounding effort and sheer determination from the loose forward.

On Saturday, Hull FC continued their upward trajectory – and it’s now five successive weeks for ‘the Hermanator’ in Super League’s Team of the Week!
Herman Ese’ese simply cannot be stopped, scoring once again in Round 7 and for the sixth week on the bounce! Not to forget the five tackle busts and 114 metres he racked up – the highest in his side and Ese'ese only played a total of 54 minutes!

Cade Cust came up with two try assists as the Black & Whites raced into a 4-26 lead at halftime against Warrington and Hull man Davy Litten certainly knew where the try line was this weekend, as he crossed twice and was beaming from ear to ear at their performance.
It was smiles for Leigh too on Saturday night - with a trio of Leopards chosen for Team of the Week. Try scorers Edwin Ipape and Darnell McIntosh feature, whilst Robbie Mulhern starred in his return to Super League action – with 132 metres in just 13 carries as well as 37 tackles completed against the Tigers.
